Reliability of Sources

The Skeptoid podcast has a good episode about how to spot pseudoscience.

Wikipedia is a surprisingly reliable resource. A muscle below my ribcage was hurting, and I was trying to determine which muscle it was. I found a resource from Encyclopedia Britannica, and was confused by the spelling of "external intercoastal muscles". I checked Wikipedia, and the muscle is in fact called an intercostal muscle. Wikipedia's article has solid references that confirm the spelling.
